How do you protect my property?
With your permission we'll set up smart locks and door cameras. We also install noise monitors to prevent or catch parties that are in progress.
How do you guarantee my rent?
You will receive automatic payment every month in your preferred payment method.
How long do your guests stay?
Depends. Generally anywhere from a few nights to several weeks.
Is this AirBNB, VRBO, etc?
We use a variety of platforms such as Travel Nurse Housing, VRBO, AIrBNB, and etc.
